This dual phase milky toner brings together glutathione, niacinamide, Matrixyl® 3000, and milk protein to visibly brighten, smooth, and firm skin. Each shake merges the two phases into a cloud-like milky texture that glides on effortlessly, comforting the skin barrier and leaving skin smooth, balanced, and glowing.
